We have two public auctions at our host website. You can only bid via the website. One is a daycare unit, full of the furniture/cots/etc you need to start your own daycare. The other is a bedroom set unit, looks very new, with a couch and tv. bedrails/mattress/boxspring there as well (full size i think).

These are very very good lots. One unit has a pool table and heavy living room furniture along with a gaming headset. Another unit is a daycare/preschool unit that is ready to go to work. The third is a 10x15 unit filled to the ceiling with household stuff, including a lot of newborn baby stuff, a least one nike shoe was spotted, and furniture.

1 bed/1 bath/ ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Electric heat/ac, water, sewer, trash, lawncare included. you only need phone/cable/internet if you want it. 1 parking spot, no outside space for additional vehicles. We are right on US460 near the stoplight in Waverly VA.
Include a stove/refrigerator. All hardwood floors. washer/dryer room with hookups. Entire unit renovated in 2018.
Must have take home income of at least $1,600.00 per month. Must be verified with 2 months of pay stubs and/or bank account statements. Will call supervisor/HR to verify employment.
Rent paid via bank draft only. 800.00 per month due on the 1st. Deposit is 800.00 due before moving in.
We do not 'hold' apartments. There is a non refundable $50.00 application fee. If you are approved, we will apply it to your security deposit.
No pets, no smoking.
Average monthly utility bills for this unit are:
