Today we wrapped up a project we started this time last year! The main aspect of this project was a 5,000 square foot addition to an already beautiful home! We added 4 real woodburning fireplaces, tons of stone work, standing seam roofing, custom metal railing outside, new composite decking, fresh paint outside, custom tile showers, tile floors with radiant heating, stained interior doors and trim work throughout! A new week, a new house! This is our first house with Maple Leaf Properties, LLC the company we started with a friend of ours where we'll be building and selling spec homes! We're very excited about this venture and hope it becomes a huge success as well!

We finished framing this house this week. To most, these pics may not make sense or you may not know what you're looking at. But it's an example of a very well framed house that will stand the test of time. Any one can frame a house, but building a house right and where it will structurally be there forever, that's what is important and that's why we aren't the cheapest contractor you'll find. But we don't cut corners to give you a better price, we'd rather give you a better built house!
