As the owner of Closet Design Twins, I want to share something from my heart.
We know not every client is going to choose us, and that’s okay. We genuinely wish every homeowner success with their project, whether they work with us or not.
What is difficult is when people aren’t upfront with us.
Behind every consultation, field measure, design revision, phone call, text message, and proposal is a real person investing their time, creativity, and expertise. We don’t pull designs out of a vending machine. We spend hours thinking through your lifestyle, your inventory, your budget, and the way your family functions in your home.
When someone asks for multiple revisions, gathers information, requests professional advice, and then disappears or was never serious to begin with, it takes a toll.
Not because we expect every project to close.
But because we respect people’s time, and we simply ask for the same respect in return.
If we’re not the right fit, that’s okay. If another company better suits your needs, that’s okay too.
Just be honest with us.
Small business owners aren’t corporations. We are real people with families, employees, payroll, deadlines, and teams counting on us.
Honesty costs nothing.
Wasted time costs everyone.
