So you bought a house on the market. It was cheap. Reaaaaally cheap. 🤑

But. There's a catch right? Something is going to cost ALOT of money. Right? 🤔

Well, in most cases. That's what you end up running into. 🙃

In this case a sweet older woman reached out to us, as that's exactly what happened to her. 😔

She made the assumption that since someone was currently occupying the home here in Waycross, that it had to be in at least half decent shape. 🤫

She was unfortunately very wrong. 😭

She's removed some of the subfloor. The more she removed. The more apparent it became how much she was in over her head. 😓

EXTREME Termite Damage.🐜

A steady water supply from the roof and windows in case they got thirsty! 💧

There is a silver lining though. Remember what we said about most cases? 🔎

Notice the deliberate differentiation between those cases and her case? 👀
