Dear Valued Customer and Friend,

I hope this letter finds you and your families well.
I started my painting business back in July of 1979 at the age 22. I have enjoyed working for so many of you for many many years , in more than one house, some of you are second generation of my original customer. I watched many of your kids grow up and I have felt like family. Been to funerals and weddings, truly I have been blessed and my life has been better for getting to know you all. I will always treasure that.

Physically , I have been able to do less and less of the painting work the past several years, that I really enjoyed doing . The past year or so, my Back, knee problems feet and Neck, have caused me into doing next to nothing. Being on my feet all day has been a challenge.

This letter is to inform you that I am selling my business, customer list and phone numbers to KB Painting. Bryan Dickman and Ken Carluccio are partners in this company. I have known of them for several years as they worked at a Paint store where I purchased 90 % of my supplies the past 15 years or so. They worked there while attending H.S. and while earning their Engineering degrees in College, before starting there painting Business 6 years ago . They are hard working, honest guys , highly capable of doing a quality painting job at a reasonable price. They are well skilled in doing the proper prep work in all aspects of interior and exterior painting and staining, as well as Power washing, and wallpaper removal. I highly recommend you giving them the opportunity to work for you. You wont be disappointed. ( as a side note, I grew up with Bryan`s Uncle Mark and have known his Mom and Grandmother for a long time)

To those of you who have approved of a contract for me to do work for you in the near future . Bryan and Ken have reassured me they will honor the contract price I gave you, and do the job in the same Professional manner. I urge you to use them to complete these jobs.
