Yes, people are still buying winter boots in May. 😅

These Sorel Chelsea booties sold for $25.00. I paid $5.27 and made $14.73 profit after fees.

One of my biggest sourcing rules is to stay around $5 per pair when buying shoes for resale. Sure, there are times I’ll pay up for the right brand or style, but keeping my cost of goods low gives me a lot more room for profit and allows me to take chances on items that might sit a little longer.

This Aveda Nutriplenish shampoo & conditioner set sold for $40 after being listed for 14 days.

💰 Cost: $7.21
💰 Profit After Fees: $24.69

Aveda is one of those brands I’ll almost always grab when the price is right. New, discontinued, old packaging, it doesn’t matter. Quality salon brands with a loyal following are always worth keeping an eye out for while sourcing.

Good morning everyone ☀️

I took a little break from social media for about a week, and honestly, it felt pretty good. Sometimes stepping away for a bit is exactly what you need. I was still working behind the scenes though, listing, cross-posting, packing orders, and making sales. I’ll share what sold over the past week later today!

This morning I’m back at it, cross-posting inventory and getting items listed that I photographed yesterday. If I’m being real, motivation is a little hard to find today, but progress doesn’t always require motivation. Sometimes it just means showing up and doing the next thing.

My new laptop finally arrived and I’m way too excited about it. 😭💻

I haven’t had a laptop for the past few weeks and it honestly slowed down so much of what I do with reselling, listings, content, research, inventory… all of it. It made me feel like I wasn’t making progress, but I’m realizing I actually have been. Just maybe not at the speed I expect from myself sometimes.

This weekend’s mission:
✨ get the desk setup together
✨ finish organizing my reselling room/office
✨ get back into my productive little gremlin era

Sometimes progress doesn’t look dramatic. Sometimes it’s just surviving the chaos long enough to keep going. 🫶
