New Navien, Inc tankless 199,000 btu with recirculating pump built in with recirculating bar on top floor lav. They have hot water everywhere with no waiting on the water to get hot. This customer is having a 2 person shower with 7 ports on a Moen touch screen shower system installed. More pics coming on that. Cleaned this flame censer on a 3 year old Rheem tankless heater, was throwing a code 12 and shutting off. We got the pdf file from Rheem by email and had it working within a few minutes.

Warranty swap on a AO-Smith 65 gal Eletric heater. The customer was dealing with the warranty exchange themselves and waited 6 weeks for this heater. The first one sent out was the wrong heater and waited another 3 weeks for the right one to come in. This is why I’m a fan of Ruud heaters, we wasn’t involved in any of warranty process we were only hired for the swap of the heaters. Good grief 6 weeks for this, I would have recommend a standard 50 gal to begin with ? It’s all done and working now.

Water heater swap, customer had a old 75 gal nat gas AO Smith and wanted to go back with a 50 gal nat gas Ruud heater. New expansion tank, new pan.

Bathroom remodel for some good friends of ours. We removed a 60”x30” tub shower and are going back with a 60”x32” shower only Kohler Co. sterling unit base and wall kit. We broke up the floor to move the toilet over to allow extra room for the shower. Phase one done. Today will be setting shower base and walls. More pics to come.
