Things are already off to a great start in the garden... cold weather tolerant plants like potatoes, cabbage, swiss chard, and onions can be planted before the frost window is over for our zone in Western North Carolina. Also, blueberries are one of the more tolerant fruits and can stand WNC's chilly early spring nights.

As we end our "blackberry winter" and move into our growing season, I'm curious to know what others are interested in planting/growing in their space???
