I’m not the one to cut down any company that’s trying to make a living but… there is an undeniable difference in hiring the the painting company that comes in 15-20% or more less than the rest of the companies. Unfortunately I see this all the time and I can’t stress enough that if you can afford to go with one of the companies that cost more I promise you it’s worth it 99% of th time. I say this because I see the headaches the owners deal with and in the end they end up spending even more money having to have a 2nd company come in. Here are some pics of the trim job I showed up to fix that was called a complete job. I also added the picture with the sticker on the window a job a did and how it should look.

I’m not looking for a company that just sells leads at a fixed price, I’m looking for someone who can generate clients from home owners to contractors and designers.

Pay can be negotiated and evaluated at a later date but I think a trial period of commission based would be best for an agreed upon amount of time. If you’re up for the challenge the sky is the limit!
