Pro-tech TR-2 Auto. Cleaned and sharpened.!! The owner will be very pleased with the cutting performance. Trust me, "It's stupid sharp!!"

This Templar knife belongs to a co-worker. It was definitely dirty and functioned poorly. It got a bath and a hair cut. Had a lot of nicks in the blade and other signs of use and abuse. Needless to say those are gone now and it is now "Stupid Sharp"! Check out the before and after pics.

My mother was in town from Florida for the Holidays and brought her Wusthof set to be sharpened. Here's just a few that were left behind that I couldn't get done. Just need to be mailed back!!

This is the after video of my personal "Tasty" brand piece of kitchen cutlery. You are looking at it from the top of the cutting edge down. As you can see the edge is very defined and not all knarled up and the apex of the cutting edge is much more defined.

This is one of my own personal pieces of kitchen cutlery. It's an inexpensive "Tasty" brand that I purchased from Walmart years ago. This is the before video. I used a microscope to get the closest possible image of what a dull knife looks like. This is looking at the cutting edge from top down. Check out the after video to see the difference.
