This was a bad one! Not the worst one I’ve done, but real close!
the entire floor was split open about a foot and a half long and rotted out from underneath. The tenant had cracked the floor of the tub and continue to use the tub and shower.
Walking around on it sitting on it and feeling the tub full of water caused the hydraulic effect where it washed away the plywood support structure underneath between the plywood and the fiberglass floor of the tub.
I Ended up cutting out the affected area, pouring fiberglass resin on the plywood to reconstitute the washout and drilled holes through and through to the Space between bottom of the tub floor of the residence to do resin injections.
Plugged all the injection ports, and fiberglass over them
Couple of sheets of fiberglass and a bucket of resin later, a whole Lotta bodywork, reglazing, and made it look brand new !

Got a call had some holes in the side, patched them up painted them up knocked them out
