Kitchen remodel we banged out this year.
Full gut. We removed 3 windows, all cabinets, countertops, flooring & baseboards.
Made some changes to the kitchen floorplan. Relocated refrigerator & stove. Painted main level, added new siding where windows were replaced, new cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures & faucet.

‼️NEW BUILD UPDATE‼️

Floor joist, subfloor and main level walls went up in four days. We then waited for about two weeks for the trusses to be manufactured and also had a rain delay.

Most of the OSB is on, windows are tomorrow, shingles are Friday. Grading and gravel is next week. Basement and garage flat work the week of July 7.
