Here's the most recent flip house... on the market and move in ready!

This 2096 square feet Single Family home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located at 26 Lippizan Rd, Saint Peters, MO.

This project was a complete rebuild due to old deck falling off the house. We made some major upgrades from what it was before.
Xtend porch screens,composite decking, cable railing, and dry pro drainage system to bring this one up to date.

Here it is!!
Deck, Kitchen, 9' patio door, new flooring and trim...
We took out walls in the kitchen to open the space up, built a walk in pantry, and installed new cabinets and so much more. The 9' door opens up the house to additional living space on the deck with Xtend porch screens and stone fireplace.

This was one of those projects that one thing leads to another.....
Oh yeah not just a deck that is unbelievable (wait until you see the inside of it)... 9' bifold door lead into getting a new kitchen that lead into needing new flooring and trim and so much more...
