Spring is winding down, the grill is calling, and nobody wants to be stuck inside cooking for hours.
This one takes 20 minutes and tastes like you tried really hard. π
Honey Garlic Shrimp Skewers π€
What you need:

1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
β
3 tablespoons honey
β
3 cloves garlic minced
β
2 tablespoons soy sauce
β
1 tablespoon olive oil
β
Juice of one lemon
β
Salt and pepper to taste
β
Skewers (soak wooden ones in water first)
What you do:

Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil and lemon together
β
Toss shrimp in the marinade and let sit 15 minutes
β
Thread onto skewers
β
Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred
β
Devour immediately and accept all compliments π
Serve over rice, on a salad, or honestly just straight off the skewer standing at the grill. No judgment. π
