Our company is looking for an experienced and dependable Drywall Finisher to join our construction team. Must be skilled with rough framing, drywall hanging, & finishing. . Our ideal candidate is highly skilled and efficient in producing quality finishes all while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities: your duties will include sealing joints, repairing cracks, and smoothing imperfections on walls and ceilings to create surfaces that are suitable for final treatment. To be a successful drywall finisher, you should be able to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high quality of work.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Wood and steel stud framing.

· Efficient drywall hanging.

· Skilled in taping and finishing techniques.

· Proficient with various drywall repair techniques and blending of textures.

We perform Preventative Maintenance, repair work, leak investigations and other tasks for Condominium Associations in the Greater Milwaukee area. Some are high-end and require the utmost professionalism in performance. Company vehicle, tools, and equipment are provided

General Schedule:

· Full Time 40 hours per week, minimal overtime.

· Able to work on-call hours periodically.

· Typical hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, must be flexible.

Basic Responsibilities would include: (Daily or Weekly as assigned)

· Routine repair and upkeep of Property common areas.

· Reporting to Manager damages found or additional repairs needed.

· Make repairs or replace defective parts as assigned.

· Certified Pool Operator a PLUS.

· Perform a variety of testing to fire alarms, smoke detection, CO2, etc.

· Have general knowledge of large HVAC and ventilation systems a PLUS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manages, oversees and coordinates many aspects of small to medium projects of moderate complexity from award through completion of project, including: overall site management of project(s) for successful and timely completion within budget as required by the contract. Prepares project installation plan, manages the plan and prepares and implements job procedures.

Translates a variety of Customer needs/requirements into detailed proposals and project implementation plans to meet Customer requirements; reviews and approves estimated costs prior to bid; provision of technical assistance to sales force when required; supervision of project design engineering; supervision of installation labor and subcontractors; preparation of project schedules, subcontracts, change proposals, project invoices; assists with collections on projects.

Effectively communicates project requirements to project team and wider organization when required, and maintains accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports.

Acts as “our Customer’s best service provider” at all times thereby ensuring the company is the Customer’s first choice for service.

Identifies potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.

Proactively communicates project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with Customers and seeks to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, services and controls necessary for timely and cost effective completion of projects within budget.

Establish project milestones and analyze costs; exposure to financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and to provide timely and accurate project cost reports; identify reasons for low job site productivity and determine impact on the project; adjusts or corrects project plan and/or project cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.

Manage the ex*****on and review of all scope of work, terms and conditions in Customer contracts including cost control, delivery fulfillment, and quality of service and other Customer requirements as they arise.

May perform a limited range of managerial responsibilities including but not limited to: mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues; planning, assigning and directing work; performance management; project budget. Oversees subcontractor selection process and work.
