We’re looking to bring on 3–5 hardworking full-time team members to join us. No experience? No problem. What matters most is common sense, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. If you’ve got that, you’ll move up quickly.
💰 Pay starts around $20–30/hr and can grow for the right people. We’re not afraid to pay well for great work.

✅ Learn a wide variety of trades: roofing, siding, building post-frame structures, and more. Every week brings something new.
