Another project in the books!

Landlord/owner wanted to update apartment in Worcester.

Walls, trim, some doors got a fresh coat of paint. We opted for gray throughout rhe apartment.

We kept the layout of the kitchen as it was but updated with new cabinets and hardware, countertop, subway backsplash, deep sink and faucet. We also installed shelving in the closet.

This job took us longer than we expected but happy that it is done and the landlord can now rent it.

Homeowners wanted to build out a small room in their basement to house their gym equipment.

The area behind the stairs was built out with new walls. We closed off the cutout in the wall. Installed new doors, and coated the walls with fresh gray paint.

The homeowners had carpet installed by an outside contractor. The rest was done by Geary Home Improvement.
