🚿 From failure to flawless in Sutton MA

A homeowner reached out after their shower started falling apart. Once we opened it up, the problem was worse than expected—no waterproofing, wrong materials, rotted framing, and mold creeping into the exterior wall.

We brought in a remediation team, replaced the damaged structure, corrected a wall that was 2" out of plumb, and rebuilt the entire space with a full Schluter waterproofing system for long-term peace of mind.

The new shower features a 12x28 niche with a stone surround to match the curb, a floating stone shelf, Spectralock 1 epoxy grout for durability in hard water, and color-matched silicone on every change of plane.

Got a call from a homeowner in Newport trying to refinish their historic floors before the weekend—DIY panic mode activated. We couldn’t hit that tight deadline, but we showed up the next week and gave these old structural pine boards the proper treatment: deep sanded with a planetary sander and finished with a 2-part water-based poly. Low dust, high impact. Even the dog was tail-wagging impressed 🐾

Unexpected issues happen—like this bathroom where a leaky toilet ruined the floor. The client had big remodel plans but needed a quick fix to hold them over until spring time.

We:
✔️ Tore out the damaged tile and subfloor
✔️ Worked with a plumber to replace the fl**ge and wax ring
✔️ Installed a new floor
✔️ Removed the oversized baseboard heater to make room for a box vanity

A solid temporary solution to keep things functional until their full remodel gets underway
