“ Mid Century Modern” custom lakefront home we have completed in Charlton for our amazing clients!!!

We recently downsized our 12 ton excavator for a 6 ton unit. Don’t be fooled by the size, this unit is cabable of large task including trench work, stump and rock removal and precise grading with its 42” tilt rotating grading bucket!
This machine offers very low impact on finished surfaces with its rubber tracks and easy transportabilty.

Little before and after of a small lawn repair we did in WB today!
This hillside is as steep as it gets!
We removed some scrub brush, ground 3 huge stumps, hauled in 30 yards of premium loam, graded, raked and seeded the area. Got help from the youngest LCH teammate😍💪🏻!
Huge shout out to Cody @ Gemini rentals for his fast work grinding the stumps on short notice!

The LCH crew is making great progress on this super modern home! We have started to install the 3” wide T&G Cypress vertical siding milled and delivered straight from Texas 🇺🇸! The Massaranduba “Bullet wood” decking is FSC certified also!

Great week for our 3 man crew at LCH that braved the snow and Arctic temps to keep the project moving forward!
Notice the huge 16’x8’ windows and doors facing the gorgeous view of the lake! This home is also being built using Zip R insulated sheathing and insulated LVL headers, this will be an extremely energy efficient home meeting Energy Star certification!
