Midwest Premier Painting is booked through next spring and we need to grow. We run two separate divisions and we're hiring for both.

COMMERCIAL DIVISION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Long term jobs. Big buildings. Lifts and sprayers. Steady year round work.
🎨 Lead Painters $20 to $30 per hour
🎨 Painters $18 to $24 per hour
🎨 Laborers $16 to $18 per hour
If you join the commercial side you stay on the commercial side. We don't bounce guys around. You build your skills, build your crew, and grow.

RESIDENTIAL DIVISION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Homes across SE Iowa. Interior repaints, exteriors, cabinets, the works. Variety every week.
🎨 Lead Painters $20 to $30 per hour
🎨 Painters $18 to $24 per hour
🎨 Laborers $16 to $18 per hour
Same deal. Residential stays residential. We build specialists not generalists.

✅ Paid weekly
✅ Production bonuses on top of hourly
✅ Equipment provided
✅ Real path up. Most of our painters started as laborers.

Based in Burlington. We work across SE Iowa and Burlington
