Started this porch before snow came. I did the demo and poured the new footers. I was able to salvage the railings. The ice this year made winter work much harder than I anticipated. The porch has come out great, I will be finishing the lattice work and installing new stairs with a railing in the spring

Before and after photos of my barn roof. Completed it yesterday in the rain. The building is 200 years old, it’s far from plum or straight but I think it came out great. We had to jack and level each floor the best we could and replace rotten material before attempting to get on the roof. It looks Much better than the tarp the previous owner put up. My roofing project is going slow but steady. Old roof has rotten rafters and 3 layers of boards. I put in new collar ties. I sistered the rafters that weren’t terrible and replaced the ones that were real bad. The building is out of wack, far from plumb or level. I did what I could to level it, it’s been braced from floor to ceiling. Hoping to save this building and turn it into another house or 2 apartments some day
