Deck makeover. Old 4x4 posts were buried in dirt and rotting out. We dug them out, poured footers and replaced with 6x6 above ground, they won’t rot for a very long time 🙂. Had to replace a lot of deck boards, cut some custom sized spindles, & new lattice, but honestly the whole deck could have been replaced but gotta stay within a budget... Turned out great in the end, and customers couldn’t have been happier!!

A whole lotta spackle. Just finished a full interior. Here is just the tip. 6 rooms needed to be skim coated multiple times amongst many other repairs. Best one was the previous home owner’s attempt to do their own spackle over the hole in the wall..priceless!

2 more rooms from last weeks job. Don’t always realize how dark some colors are till you put white on them…. White trim Really brightened the place up.

Hand rail and basement. First time the customer requested I paint the post but not the top ball. Any thoughts? At first I thought it was an odd decision but I don’t hate it. Full townhome repaint. Will post more from this job next week.
