Small paver repair along this garage driveway.

The pavers along the garage had settled over time, causing water to seep into the garage during rain. We removed the affected pavers, corrected the grade to direct water away from the garage, and reinstalled the pavers at the proper elevation.

We also installed a concrete edge restraint to help secure the border and reduce future shifting.

Drainage project completed this past week.

This customer had a sump pump discharge line running across the lawn, along with a downspout that was discharging water too close to the house and causing erosion near the foundation area.

We installed underground drain lines to move the water farther away from the home, clean up the appearance of the lawn, and help prevent future erosion and drainage issues.

Struggling with thin or patchy grass?

This area wasn’t getting enough sunlight, so before installing new sod, we thinned out the trees to help open up the canopy.

Then we removed the old patch, rototilled the area, added topsoil to level the low spots, graded it properly, and installed fresh sod.

One of the projects we completed this week ✔️

This backyard had drainage and water runoff issues causing flooding and standing water. We cleared out the overgrown vegetation, regraded the yard for proper drainage, installed a swale along the side for water runoff, and finished it off with topsoil, seed, and straw blanket to establish new grass.

Big transformation on this one.
