The labor force has changed. Cost of supplies are up 30%. The cost of labor is up 15%( if you can get them off the couch). And the quality of the jobs that are done is going down drastically.
So I'm inviting anyone that wants to get into the construction trades to contact me. We have more work than we employees. Pay is better than ever!!
