Fun day installing this smart toilet. Honestly never heard of this brand before, but the flush was impressive. Always entertaining installing a different brand, but I do love a challenge. Time to get dirty!!!

Another fine project with my friend Shawn McKenna.
This one turned out beautifully!!! Ripping out that big old soaking tub gave plenty of room for a big master shower. Can’t wait for the next one Mick!!!

Today’s project with Shawn M. McKenna, Electrical/General Contracting. We used a thermostatic valve with two volume controls. Those 3/4” ports will give the customer all the water they can handheld! Can’t wait to show you all the finished product.

Too often the pretty work gets buried in the walls. This is the proper way to rough in a multiple outlet shower set up. With the balancing loop, all 3 valves can be open and they will all maintain equal pressure. You can see both rough and finish here.
