OK People, do you know what's in the Flu Shot this year? I didn't either until I went to get mine and a warning came up in MYCHART that I am highly allergic to it and can go into anaphylactic shock. It's called Perflutren lipid microspheres (Definity) is a preparation of liposome-encapsulated microspheres containing perflutren that was developed as an ultrasound (US) contrast agent for use in echocardiography to enhance images. A shout out to Jennifer at Dr Dufour's office for catching this.

This beautiful red oak mantel came from a tree the blew over from storm sandy in 2012. The owner had Kelly custom sawing turn it into an heirloom now part of their house. There are mantels for sale or turn your logs to heirlooms from your tree.
