Choosing paint colors can be the most difficult part of the project. Our suggestions for a Joyous outcome and a beautiful new space:

1. Get sample colors and paint large swatches in the actual space on primed walls.

2. View at different times of the day and/or under different lighting sources.

3. Or paint the large samples on extra pieces of primed sheetrock. Then you can move them around.

4. Number the samples, don’t use the color names, so that you don’t make a biased choice based on preconceived ideas.

After the long and brutal winter, the crew is enjoying working outdoors. We are replacing these rotted deck posts, balusters, and railings. The new design will have cedar posts, cedar top railings, and modern wire railings.

There is so much infrastructure that needs to happen - HVAC, plumbing, electric, internet & WiFi, speakers, and insulation. AND it has to be done right because there are inspections required. But, we’ve done all that and we are now ready for Sheetrock.
