What a crazy world we live in. I have made my company into something that is growing like crazy.
So we try to hire people and these lazy People think they should be paid high amounts of money and do nothing.. We have made some big changes and get some big accounts and no one wants to work hard anymore. We have 5 of us including a husband wife crew and no problems. Then you get the lazy it's to hard to much work need a break and oh my toe hurts I can't come to work. COMPANIES DONT WANT TO GIVE WORK AND YOU SUB OUT ANYMORE THEY ARE ASKING FOR EMPLOYEES ONLY WHERES ALL THE GOOD WORKERS AT.WE DONT NEED SUBS I NEED SOLID EMPLOYEES.
