My name is Mike — Michael, Mikey T… but not Tim 😄
(It’s not Tim Pani, it’s Timpani — I know, it gets most people.)
While the title Home Inspector may sound self-explanatory, the background behind it runs much deeper.
I come from three generations of construction — a third-generation tradesman who began my construction journey in 1999 alongside my brother Frank, owner of FTJ Builders, Inc. That hands-on experience shaped how I look at homes, not just as structures, but as systems that need to function safely and efficiently for the people living in them.
In 2015, I decided to expand that experience into real estate, with the goal of helping people navigate buying and selling homes while leaning on my construction background. What I learned along the way was this: while I loved helping people, I didn’t love spending endless hours running from showing to showing (a thankless job many agents take on daily). What truly clicked for me was the home itself — understanding it, evaluating it, and explaining it clearly.
That realization led to the formation of Timpani Home Solutions, LLC in 2018. The original vision was simple: help buyers understand their inspection reports and help sellers prepare their homes for sale. Over time, that mission evolved into something bigger — becoming a full-service home inspection company serving both buyers and sellers with clarity, experience, and honesty.
Like anything worthwhile, growth brings evolution. And with evolution comes expansion — offering the services we know people truly need. What we do is service-based, built on real-world experience that we’ve been fortunate to earn over decades in the field.
