This one we had to go behind a contractor and fix. We had to fix spots in the ceiling, floated them out, sanded and washed, textured and painted again. For the walls we had to caulk all the lines, putty all the nail hole, sand and clean, then hit it with 6-7 coats of primer to get rid of the yellowing behind the paint because it wasn't prepped properly or primed they just thew some paint on the walls it was bad, finally we were able to paint the walls. Not the door and door casing they had painted metal doors with latex paint, they had runs in every door. So we sanded and cleaned every door and door casing, caulked and putted then painted all the doors and casings. Before and after pictures below. Give us a call today for your free quote.
