Start the new year off with this simple new grilling area add-on. I added a 12"×8" section off the original deck so their green egg grill could have its space.

This client had water damage cause by a faulty A/C drain line. I was asked to bring this room back to life and give it a more modern feel. I started by getting rid of the old popcorn ceiling and giving it a new fresh coat of paint. The next step was changing the color of the room so we chose a color that would brighten the room. Last I installed new white oak hardwood floors that really brightened this once dark room. The client was overwhelmed with the new look.

I've posted pictures of this kitchen remodel as the project went along so here's an update on the progress. It's almost complete. Last thing to be done will be installing new flooring.

These homeowners wanted their shed turned into a climate controlled "She shed" that resembled the inside of their home here are some before and after pics!

Client had moisture under their hardwood floors causing it to mold. once I was able to address the moisture issue I cut out that entire section and replaced it.

Phase #1!!!!
Clients floor rotted out in the kitchen. I had to cut out the entire kitchen floor and replace most of the floor joist. Once I got those replaced and level I laid down 2 layers of OSB(treated) plywood. Finally I finished it off with some new flooring the homeowner had picked out. Phase #2 coming soon.

The homeowners bought this property with this greenhouse in the backyard. It had definitely seen better days. Most would have just torn it down but not these guys. Instead they decided to salvage it. After getting it cleaned up on the inside I came in and replaced all the broken glass panes. Once the greenhouse was finished the homeowners decided they wanted to be able to access the greenhouse without having to walk in the grass. I built brick paver patio with a fountain in the middle giving them the access they wanted.

The homeowners could not get grass to grow in the front yard so we decided the only solution was to cover it. I created two 20'x 6' brick paver walkways along the street curb and then built two 8'x 8' brick paver patios on both sides of the walkway closer to the house. Flower beds were added in between to cover those areas.
