Ryan and his crew have been hard at work transforming the space, and we're excited to share this first sneak peek of the progress. From drywall repairs and detailed trim work to fresh paint and finishing touches, every step is bringing the vision closer to life.

The transformation is already taking shape, but trust us... you haven't seen anything yet.

We’re excited to share a first look at a renovation project we’ve been helping bring to life right here in Monroe.

From drywall repairs and painting to finish work and renovations, our team has been hard at work transforming these apartment homes into clean, comfortable spaces residents can be proud to call home.

This project isn’t quite finished yet, but we couldn’t wait to share a glimpse of the progress.

Delta Paint Co. is looking to add experienced painters to our team. We are a fast-growing company handling residential and commercial projects, and we need reliable individuals who take pride in their work.
This is not an entry-level position — applicants must have hands-on experience in painting and drywall work.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred)
Must have your own basic tools
Interior & exterior painting
Drywall repair
Mud work / finishing
Texture (including matching existing finishes)
Must be able to work independently and as part of a crew
Must show up on time and ready to work
Ability to follow direction and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
Proven experience as a painter or drywall technician in residential or commercial settings with references that can be contacted.
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other relevant construction tools.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to travel between project sites confidently
Preferred:
Knowledge of construction estimating processes and basic math skills for measuring and material calculations
Experience with plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco work, masonry, concrete finishing or industrial painting is highly desirable
