Our second to last deck build of the 2023 season. This 2 story deck with integrated hot tub landing, corner steps, and cable railing system completely transformed this backyard. Initially just a 2nd story landing, with stairs. We added over 200sqft of usable space off the living room slider, while incorporating the stairs with a hot tub entry platform for easy access.

$30k budget (Labor and Materials)
Build schedule: 1 month (200 Man Hours)

What a build! We did Zuri Decking, and Avalon Aluminum railings on a strong 6x6 posted 12" O.C. frame. The details too...

What a build! We did Zuri Decking, and Avalon Aluminum railings on a strong 6x6 posted 12" O.C. frame. The details took a while (Each step has 4 returns! A return on the return), but boy did it come out pretty. Every corner is mitered at 45 degrees for the cleanest look possible (No visibly cut ends of materials). The decking, trim and railings alone took about 3 weeks!

It's Deck Season! Is your deck rotting out? Lets take a look and put a price on repairs and/or upgrades. Maybe the frame is fine, and we can just replace the deck boards.
