Had a customer call and say they needed this small deck done ASAP (old deck had a lot of rot), as they were listing their place for sale.

Our schedule is crazy busy this time of year, but with a hand from our son, Ryan and pulling a couple of longer evenings (yay! to longer daylight hours), we got the old deck torn down, cleaned up and hauled away and new deck done within their timeline.

The original fieldstone stairs were too uneven, coming apart and irregular. Making them more difficult for this older couple to manage trekking up and down on, to access their lake front dock/beach area. They didn't want new stone or cement stairs.

So, with the low snow amounts and quick melt offs over the last two weeks; Alex was able to get stairs and landings done for this longtime customer. Rails will be finished in a couple weeks (customer in no hurry as this is a summer home and he knows Alex has other jobs going).

We appreciate all our customers....longtimers and newbies. ❤️
