Haven’t been in operation for awhile due to personal issues and those issues are now resolved. Coming back into the market again to bring smiles back on peoples faces. Far more capabilities than once before in all phases of the business. Newer tools and specialty equipment for housing and automotive needs. Message or call for your needs. This one was a tough job!

This building was over 30 years old and had tons of water and termite damage. All of the old walls had to be pulled down, most of them breaking into pieces as they were pulled. Studs in the walls had to be replaced to make sure the building had adequate support. The door had to be slightly reframed. The air conditioning slot was reframed to fully support the AC. As with all remodels on old buildings, nothing was square.

Today, this building looks like a brand new structure.

Deck rebuild is finished. All original framing was kept for sentimental value. Old deck left at residents request in hopes they could reuse some of the wood elsewhere. We hope the Wall family enjoys many more years out by the pool. Thank you Jennifer W Clark for your recommendation 🙂

Deck build: Before and After

I was asked by the Clark Family to build them a back deck the entire family could enjoy. I took them from a small 4x6 to a spacious 10x18 deck. This deck has a double ledger all the way around for added strength and is concreted 2.5 feet into the ground at all 12 post for long lasting strength and durability. The steps were widened from three feet to four. Post caps were placed for an added cosmetic touch.
