Projects are like babies, they take time to grow and develop. You meet with a client listen to their needs, hear their desires and then begin to design. Things moves fast as the creativity begins to take shape, the excitement and enthusiasm! The canvas is really a blank slate. This particular client as for a bathroom with more safety first and foremost, the step down shower was just not something that would work long term. Then came the storage issue, the light, the general feeling that we can do so much better with this space. Yes, we can! And that’s exactly what we did.
The master bath now is a space fit for the Duchess of grantham as she likes to be called!
We incorporated and wet room with 2 independently operating water controls, one to stand and shower and one side to sit and enjoy and hand held water option.
The main floor allows for seemless enty to the shower (no curb and no tripping) with linear drain creating a clean line in the tile. The windows bring in the natural light and an element of nature with this in mind the decorative “window” tile was added to balance the space while bringing something elegant and inviting. These custom tile are beautifully accented by the white oversized wall tiles.
Meanwhile, the vanity boosts tons of storage incorporating a linen closet on the far wall. This bathroom was not only fun to design but turned out beautifully! Let’s start a conversation about the options in your bathroom!
