Client purchased home that was remodeled and had impact windows. The brand was some trash manufacturer and the windows were only a few years old and no longer operational. It's unfortunate to have to redo impacts the right way but you get what you pay for. This window was also missing 9 tapcons! Shoddy product and shoddy installation all around. Old bucks were not even changed out. Time for this home to get the SUPREME treatment!
