Sally Ann Carroll Taylor I am living in a house that had wall to wall carpet....carpeting gets NASTY, no matter HOW MANY times it is cleaned, and maybe BECAUSE it is cleaned, because all that "stuff" just gets "filtered" through the years to the bottom
Want to see it ??, pull up your carpeting.... This house had all the carpeting ripped up, and removed, didn't want, wood, because I witnessed what happens to wood, from my sister's experience, if it gets wet, it ruins....if it is used here in Fl. the sand, literally SANDS it, (not pretty), and the vinyl ? NO...NO..., JUST NO. What the sand does for the wood, it does for vinyl....and you CAN'T FIX THAT
The terrazzo is the PERFECT FLOORING FOR FLORIDA !!! It not only cleans up well, you can SEE & KNOW it is clean, it also keeps our floors COOLER, in our summers here....oohhhh-aahhhh 😎
Dr. Terrazzo did the refinishing of these floors.... They were done, before I moved in, and I am forever thankful. I have been here 4yrs. and STILL HAPPY, I am ALWAYS reminded of the AMAZING AMOUNT of sand, that the feet of small dogs & I can track in , in a day.... But with my terrazzo floors, I can SEE it, and it is not sieving into the bottom of a carpet....I can sweep it up, and put it back, where it belongs... 🙆
Dr. Terrazzo, you do not know me, I live in a rental house, that you redid the floors in. I know what these floors looked like before, and I TRULY SALUTE your work. THANK YOU
