This was a major before & after enjoy the pictures that follow! Customer had water issues in the basement since they acquired the home and wanted it fully gutted and to start from scratch. We discovered the basement foundation needed to be waterproofed as well as 2 perimeter drains underground to 2 separate sump pumps front and back of the home to assure no future water issues. We worked with them on designing what they wanted for a display wall in their additional living space and made everything on site fit to exactly what they wanted. It was a labor of love but they couldn’t be happier! Like & share!

This project is an ADU “Accessory Dwelling Unit, which is a secondary, independent living space on the same property as a primary, single-family home. Massachusetts now allows them & It can be approved relatively easy with the correct information and with the city/town planning approval. We took the pre existing 2 car garage and turned it into living space. We then added a 3 car garage with additional living space- Finished product pictures to follow.
