Happy Friday everyone! Instead of the before and after let’s show the in between. This 1920’s kitchen has been quite the project thus far. Center wall removal, bearing wall expansion to welcome the mud/pantry room as part of the kitchen, an inactive chimney was exposed which will be cleaned, repointed and sealed to become part of the final reveal. Also, eliminated all k**b and tube wiring feeding the kitchen to bring all electrical up to code. These 100 year old hardwood floors will be patched and refurbished to keep this kitchen era appropriate. Stay posted as this will be quite the transformation.
