It has been a little while and I wanted to take the time to address a few things. We’ve been incredibly fortunate to experience a huge amount of growth over the last few summers. We can’t thank everyone enough for the continued support.
With that success comes some growing pains. We’re currently working hard behind the scenes to keep up with demand but it’s officially become just too much for one man to keep up with all the calls, leads, scheduling, etc. So starting next week we will have someone part time starting to field calls and help with scheduling estimates and jobs!
Our goal is simple: stay more efficient, maintain quality, and continue delivering the level of service you expect from us.
I licensed this business 6 years ago thinking it would be a side hustle. It has quickly grown into something much larger than that. I appreciate your patience as we make a few changes to allow us to make another step in growing and becoming more efficient to help our customers and community.
