The majority of clients are repeat customers, acquired through word of mouth or referrals. 95% of the accounts are residential and 5% commercial. The operating season for Crystal Clear Window Cleaning is approximately seven to eight months of the year, April 1st thru October/ November. Crystal Clear Window Cleaning provides an answering service available for clients between the dates of April 1st and November 1st. During the off season clients may contact the business via email or via our website. Crystal Clear Window Cleaning employs a skilled and competent labor force that consists of six to seven employees. These employees are full time employees from April 15th thru July 15th and are part time employees from July 15th thru October / November.
