Another project in the making. This house is in the Avenues in the historical society. Getting the permits was a pain but we made it happen and now we have walls going up plus it is getting a massive remodel in the inside. Can't wait to see the progress on this project.

New Year, New House. Update on the house near the 9th and 9th district. The exterior of the house is 95% completed and the ADU in the back is fully framed. Can't wait to see this project be fully completed. Also the Salt Lake home show is back this weekend! Starting Monday I'll be giving away free tickets to the event. Stay tuned!

The house on 9th and 9th is also getting a ADU put in the backyard. ADUs are great to have. They can be used as rentals or for a family member. This ADU will have a garage with all the living space on the 2nd floor. It's a 3 bed 2 bath ADU. Can't wait to see it take shape.
