Today marks the 3rd year when I opened the doors to the Culinary Annex. I can’t believe how quickly the time has passed. As a small business owner I have learned so much in these last 3 years.

Going into this I knew it would be hard and it has been. There are times when I don’t know if I can keep the doors open, but I love what I do so I keep moving forward one day at a time. I hope to keep creating a space where we share food and share stories with folks we never thought we would talk to. I hope to keep bringing people in to express their foodie passions! I hope we can keep creating a community where we support and share all of our favorite local restaurants.

Thank you to all of the folks who come to classes and book private events! Thank you to the chefs that teach classes and rent the Annex for their business! Thank you to all the other small businesses that share and support the Annex! Thank you to my family and friends for being there when I need to vent or share my excitement about all the ins and outs of being a small business owner. Thank you everyone!
