When Excell Brands' office no longer met the demands of its growing operations, SVPA was engaged to redesign their Des Moines facility. Originally configured for multiple tenants, the space featured a compartmentalized layout that limited efficiency.

The redesign introduces an open, cohesive plan that improves circulation, maximizes natural light, and supports staff productivity. Through strategic planning, contemporary workplace design, and carefully curated finishes, the updated environment reflects Excell Marketing’s brand while creating a more functional and modern workspace.

We had a great time supporting Can Play last week at the "Can Play Fore All" mini golf event! Our design skills were put to the test as we created a mini golf hole using food items to be donated. Thanks to the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy for the chance to support a meaningful cause in our community!
