Doesn't look like much but had to just about rebuild the entire frame of the deck due to poor engineering from "the last guy", then squared off the corner, moved the steps, buried steel mesh for critters, new composite, railing and a new gazebo to boot.

Oh, boy did this one take some time..... these are the kind of jobs you wish you had a crew!.... Turned a basement walko...

Oh, boy did this one take some time..... these are the kind of jobs you wish you had a crew!.... Turned a basement walkout patio into a 3 seasons room with removable screens and plexi glass windows. Along with extending the patio floor, fixing the deck water collection system above (to keep below dry), and replacing the stairs, railing and upper decking boards to match the stairs......Glad to finally finish this one up but definitely proud of it!

Had fun doing this one! Customer didnt want the railing to "date" the house, so I switched it out for something modern. ...

Alot more work then it looks!.... Moved door over and doubled the size w built in fold down ladder while eliminating the old door, took out hallway light and added separate switched lights in attic. Made attic into cold storage by OSB'ing the floor and putting in shelves running down the length of either side. Drywall stamped the new door while eliminating the old and trimed the new in for a more finished look.... and added a hook with a pole to eliminate the pull down string..... but now the customer can get rid of a few hundred dollar storage unit monthly cost and have everything at home! Another job done, another happy customer!

Added a wall to the top of the basement stairs, with door, to close of lower level of house. Drywalled, mud/sanded/prepped for paint, trimmed/cased door and shortened railing to fit. Customer to finish paint.

Replaced faucets on"Jack and Jill" vanity along with supply lines and shut off valves due to internal valve failure/drip...

I am most thankful for my family and the opportunity to provide for them doing what I love to do.
