Account Billing Update
As many of you know, we recently transitioned to a new system, including for our charge accounts. As we continue working through the transition, we are taking extra time to ensure all account information is accurate before sending statements.
May statements are delayed but will be mailed out soon, and customers will still have a full month to make their payment as usual.
We’re also excited to share that this new system will bring an improved customer experience, including the option for online bill payments and rewards (coming soon!).
