Wall repair, fresh grout and caulk, and a base steam cleaning.
On this particular job, the homeowner opted to just go with white 4x4s purchased at lowes.
Even though it is now two tone, it looks neat, clean, and is now sound and leak free.

As always , damaged sheet rock replaced with wedi, waterproof wall board
