📍 Mighty Dog Roofing — Westford, MA | Full-Time | Field-Based 💰 $150,000–$300,000+ per year | Commission: 9%–15%

📍 The Role
This is a full-cycle, field-based in-home sales position. You'll meet homeowners face-to-face, conduct roof inspections, present tailored roofing solutions, and close deals — backed by company-provided leads and a team that invests in your success from day one.

📍 What You'll Do
- Run company-provided leads and pre-set homeowner appointments
- Conduct roof inspections — yes, this includes climbing roofs (we'll train you)
- Present solutions confidently and close contracts at the kitchen table
- Manage your pipeline using our CRM and company-provided iPad
- Attend Mon/Wed/Fri in-office training that actually makes you better

📍 What You'll Get
- 9%–15% commission — industry-leading and clearly defined
- Up to 8 weeks of paid onboarding and training
- Ongoing coaching through Rodney Webb University
- Company-provided iPad and full sales tech suite from day one
- Gas reimbursement
- Company vehicle after hitting performance goals
- Paid time off (PTO)
- Professional development assistance

📍 Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years of in-home or field sales experience (roofing, home improvement or construction preferred)
- Money-motivated, self-directed, and accountable to your own numbers
- Comfortable climbing roofs — non-negotiable, and we'll make sure you're safe
- Strong communicator who builds trust fast — in the driveway and at the kitchen table
- Valid Driver's License required
- Must be able to commute to: 66 Tadmuck Rd, Westford, MA 01886

📍 Schedule
- Mon / Wed / Fri — in-office sales training (Friday is a half day)
- Tue / Thu — field appointments
- Saturday mornings and early evening appointments as needed
