As another busy week comes to a close our firm is ready to keep pushing along. We are beginning to hit our stride as a new firm, and are pushing our creativity and innovation as much as we can. As a firm we have really begun to utilize technology in the architectural field and one of the programs we have fallen in love with is Twin Motion. Twin Motion allows us to present a rendering of our design to clients with impeccable graphics and the capability to walk through our design as if it were in a video game. We can see the potential that in this program and are eager and willing to learn more and grow with this product. Happy Monday everyone! Our firm is continuing to bring a sense of fluidity into all of our designs. One of our best examples of that is this private residence located at the top of Encinal Canyon, which has been dubbed 'Sidewinder'. Excited to watch this project grow into fruition!

As this week comes to a close we would like to show you one of our projects that is currently in Design Development. This house is another private residence that was ravaged by the Woolsey fires, but we are working with our clients to make them a home they are ecstatic about. The view from this property is breathtaking and we kept that in the forefront of our minds during Pre-design. We call this one 'Sidewinder'.

Happy Monday! We absolutely love watching our drawings begin to take real physical shape and right now we get the pleasure of watching that happen for this private residence in Malibu. This is a fire rebuild and we have dubbed this 'The house with wings' because of the metal roofing that jets out on either side of the house.

Happy Friday! The week has come to a close, but we will still be working through the weekend crossing t's and dotting i's. The below private residence is almost completely constructed, which is incredibly exciting for us. This one is a fire rebuild and to it means the world that someone would ask us for help after sustaining such a devastating loss due to the Woosley fire. This is a responsibility we don't take lightly. Our office is absolutely booming right now and we could not be more grateful and elated about the future of our firm.

Our firm is filled with projects right now and we could not be more excited about it. Everyday we come in elated to be able to have a job that aligns with our passions. Currently we are working on fire rebuilds, private residences, a car wash, and a few construction management projects.

Pictures from a private residence on Mulholland Highway that is currently under construction. The scenery around this project is breathtaking and we designed this home with that in mind. We used lots of windows and glass which fill this home with natural light. Cannot wait until this home is fully constructed!

Happy Monday! One of our main goals is to not only preserve the nature around our projects, but also to make it a part of our design. One of the best examples of this is a private residence we designed in Malibu. This residence is a fire rebuild and here at 3sixty we received 3 of the first 30 permits in the unincorporated LA county region following the devastation of the Woolsey fire. You really just cannot beat that view!
